Hello- I have been on the journey for sometime. I was 257 pounds in 2004 and in 2006 I made my mind up to change that! I did use weight watchers and over 2 years 2006 to 2008 I dropped 50 pounds and then the weight loss stopped. So I changed to different workouts and new eating- like MFP went form 207 to around 190 pounds. I am currently 180 pounds and in a size 10 but no matter what I do weight is not changing- I am checking inches and they are staying the same also...

are you logging your food accurately? what is your daily intake?
if you open up your diary it will be much easier to help. also have you been to the docs to omit any medical issues that could effect this?0 -
ok- it's open. I think I am accurate. I have my Macros- I have a great doctor and I go for full Phy every year. I have no health issues, no meds, I take my vitamins and iron- joint guard(I am not young) lol0

from what i can see the issue lies in the accuracy of your logging. you have alot of volume measurements for solids, which sometimes can work but more often than not it leads to under or overestimating how much is actually going into the pot.
check out this post; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1234699-logging-accurately-step-by-step-guide?hl=logging+accurately
and consider getting a food scale to tighten up your intake. your daily goal looks fine (i inputted your numbers into a tdee calc and got 2100, assuming you are around 5'6) so im guessing thats the issue0 -
You're using a lot of cup measurements; have you tried weighing everything instead (unless it's a pure liquid)? It might be something simple like your half cup of chicken is actually working out at twice the calories you're recording it as.
How much water are you drinking? I noticed for myself that 2 litres of water, plus hot drinks (8 cups of water, about 6 cups of hot drinks) wasn't enough, so I doubled that to 4 litres and I started losing again.
I can't comment on anything else, but if you're already addressing those 2 things someone else should be able to come along and help out more.0 -
