Boxercise ??

Hi All
How many calories do you think I burn after 45 mins of Boxercise.. its a mix of kicking / punching / squats and planks..
I can't find it under the exercises...

    Seriously? There are like a million variables that determine this. Get yourself a heart rate monitor to know for sure.

    i was thinking the same thing, its hard to know for sure and i do it too, so i just created my own exercise using the same number of cals burned doing 45 min of wii fit boxing -- now i know its no where near the amount prob burnt, as there's no resistance or stuff but at least your going to be underestimating rather than over estimating x:smooched:
