i feel like the gym is on my mind 24/7!
anyone else have this...i wouldnt call it a problem....or obsession, more like dedication?

    I used to have food on my mind 24/7. At least having the gym on my mind 24/7 doesn't make me fat.

    I love to work out and I love the results I see, but I have other things to occupy my mind besides the gym all day.

    I try to get to the gym everyday. And if i don't i miss it and I feel guilty. I love to sweat and to see my newly found muscles!

    I think my family is annoyed!

    I either have too many random thoughts running around in my head. Or just sit zoning out way too often.

    However I know when I've been to the gym I'll feel better (even if that's not straight afterwards).
