Heard it's basically a super food so I wanted to try it on salad as a dressing like recommended. Then I saw it had 130 calories! I used it before I saw that and it was tasty and an easy way to get some health food into me without actually having to eat one cuz i don't like them. But now I wish I would've used a low cal dressing like raspberry vinagerrete. Why are even healthy foods high cal?!?!

because "healthy" often just means nutrient dense, and nutrient dense often means high in healthy fats, carbs and protein, which means a high calorie count. oils especially are usually high calorie since they are high fat, which has the most caloretic density of all macros
