Why calories listed differently on treadmill?

I jog on the treadmill at my gym and a 60 minute workout may register between 730 and 800 calories on a small incline. Yet the exercise list on our webpage gives me credit for over 1045 calories for about the same time exercising.
Any idea why the difference and which one do you think is more accurate?

all calorie burns are estimates based on average body types etc. Also both of those seem really high. I would get either a HRM or another kind of tracking device to get a closer estimate of what you are burning.0
