Three Weeks Later...No Weight Loss

Hello friends, I have been doing low carb high fat for the past three weeks. I have also been eating under 1200 a day. I weight train every day (alternate legs and arms), and do C25K for 30 minutes plus an additional thirty minutes on the stair climber or the bike. I'm really confused as to why I am not losing weight. I lost two and have plateaued and sometimes even fluctuate back up to my old weight range. What am I doing wrong?
Note: I will honestly admit my shortcomings. I have not been drinking enough water. I also am guilty of diet coke. And occasionally I've splurged and had Skinny Cow candy bars here and there. If this is what's keeping it on, I definitely can cut it out too!

I'm not an expert, but I would certainly start by drinking more water! It's very important that you get in 64oz daily. Also, have you been taking measurements and/or progress pics? A lot of times there's not a huge change in weight, but you're still slimming down. It'll show in the measurements and in pictures.
I've had success with low carb (keto) in the past. I lost about 35lbs. But I didn't cheat once in the two month span. The small things add up.
One more point, and hopefully someone can elaborate on this, but you may need to eat more calories. If you eat too few, your body may go into starvation mode. Again, I'm by no means and expert, but these may be a few things to research.
Don't get discouraged! I bet you look noticeably different from three weeks ago Good luck!!0 -
Under 1200? You definitely need yo up your calories. Especially since you're lifting. I also would suggest redoing your macros!0

Eat at least 1200 plus your exercise calories. I would invest in a HRM and wear it while you exercise so you get a more accurate reading of what you are buring. I have the Polar FT4 and love it. Amazon has it.
Also, measure ALL your food. You can easily under estimate your calories. Don't forget all liquid calories, condiments, oils, butter, etc.
I am eating 1200 + exercise calories, and am losing about 1lb per week.0 -
Have you lost inches or have they been at a stand still too?
Are you using a food scale?
Are you logging everything you eat and drink and have you been doing that everyday for these 3 weeks?
Can you open your diary?0 -
Besides upping your caloric intake let me suggest waiting longer than 3 weeks to see results.0

If you are doing that much exercise, which sounds like way too much by the way, and are not losing weight then you are eating more than you think. If you are logging your exercise you could also be burning less than you think or a combination of the two. Either way, if you are not losing then you are not in a deficit.0

Wow! Thank you guys so much for responding and being encouraging. I WILL open my diary, however I haven't been using my app, I've been writing everything in a notebook (until today). But, my diet hasn't differed MUCH from today. I eat the same things because I'm a poor college student! Take a look if you want! I've yet to log my exercise.
Also, I usually HIT 1200. But I will definitely eat more. I've never understood eating back calories, but if it works I definitely will take the advice! I'm not afraid at this point. I'll try anything!0 -
