I'm new; can't find this answer anywhere. If I eat 1500 cal today, 2200 tomorrow, 900 next day, etc I know you're not s'posed to do it that way, but it Does happen. Is there a way of tracking calories/week rather than just daily? Then averages would make sense.

Not sure the answer to your question but wanted to let you know that that method is a true and tried method of weight loss. It is called zig zagging your calories. It is supposed to trick you metabolism and help you from plateauing. I use it and have been quite successful.0

I don't know if you can set it per week, but you can see a graph of the last 7 days.0
