I had never heard of TDEE until today and I have been reading and reading and reading for months.... WEIRD! Anyways... I used the TDEE calculator on IIFYM.COM and this is what it says...

Your BMR is:
1407
Calories/Day

Your TDEE is:
1934

Does this mean I should eat 1934 calories a day? Or I am even more confused now? HAHA

Thanks!

You eat below TDEE, and above BMR. Try 1670 or so.

Was it your TDEE -x%? If it's just your TDEE, that is the number you maintain your current weight at. It's all a guess , anyway. I'd figure our your TDEE-15% ish and eat that number for a few weeks. Adjust from there by 100 or so calories as needed until you get to a point where you're losing at a moderate pace

No that would be maintenance. You need to eat less to lose. Go to http://www.ahl4u.com/calculators.html do the bmr and activity then play around with the weight loss planner it can verify what your calorie goals should be.
