Im not necessarily "new" but i haven't really committed until now. Im nearing my 30's (i'll be 29 in December) and the goal is to look better at 30 than i did at 20. Since having my daughter loosing weight has been nearly impossible and i recently gained some more due to a bad ankle break that kept me off my feet for nearly 6 months.... still not able to do most exercises because of my ankle but hoping watching what i eat is a step in the right direction. Any advise is welcome.

Wow, that's a tough blow. Just do what you can and take good care of that ankle. Could you do water aerobics? Maybe some upper body weightlifting? Good luck, and I just added you as a friend if you want more MFP buddies (anyone reading this, feel free to add me too).0
