This is time number I - don't - even - know to try this. My first time using myfitnesspal, I lost up to 60 pounds. I have gained it all back plus some. Today at my doctor's visit, I weighed in at my heaviest ever... 311lbs. For being 6' tall, that's almost double what I should be. Now, I don't want to get down to my "recommended". 180 just is not a realistic goal for me. But, I also have not been that light since 6th grade. 200 is probably my most realistic goal weight. I just want to be comfortable, really. I am 24 years old, no children, I went from jobs requiring me to be on my feet and active the entire shift to a job where I sit down all day. It has definitely taken a toll on my weight. I am looking to find some friends to help keep my accountable. I need to force myself to go to the gym more often. Everyone is welcome to add me! I try to be supportive to my fellow peers!
