Need some support

So I am a 25 year old woman working at 25 pounds. I really need to lose 60 but I've set that goal before and failed. I get to a point of self hatred when I fail. So I aiming at chunks of a goal. I have eliminated 11 pounds or so far. I need some friends to help me. If you can keep me chipping away I certainly will be in your corner. I decided to keep workouts fun. I love riding bike and swimming. Walking is great too. This is a lifestyle change, not a blitz for me. If you're in the same boat add me :)
