Seem to have plateaud a bit...

Over the last 30 days I have consumed 73353 calories, and at a 1000 calorie deficit my limit was 73800 leaving me about 450 calories spare for the month, which should leave me at ~ 8 lbs down for the month. I also do not record my work outs until recently because they were weight lifting and it's hard to gage exactly how much I was burning, but I was lifting for over an hour and doing a lot of reps with little breaks. So, let's just assume I burned 200 calories, 6 days a week which is what I do, that's another 4800 calories rounding up to about 10 lbs down for the month.

I started the month at 367 which was 18 lbs down from the previous month when I was 385, and yesterday I weighed myself at 357, however that was after sweating at the gym for over an hour. During the day I come back up as much as 4 lbs, and seem to have only lost around 6 lbs this month.

I had a night where I got drunk with my brother and put on an extra like 1500 calories to my already 2500 for the day. I've also noticed slowly alcohol has been slipping back into my diet, a beer here or a couple shots there nothing big at all, when I was almost cold turkey for the last 2 months. Could this be causing me to experience this somewhat plateau? Or is this sort of normal and I'm just being crazy?

So you've lost 6 pounds in a month and think you've hit a plateau? Stop weighing yourself multiple times in a day your weight will fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day normally you'll just drive yourself crazy. Take a step back relax, stop over thinking it and continue with what your doing as your losing weight. Weightloss is not linear

I know alcohol can make you retain water.. plus, you are lifting so it could be muscle gain as well. Maybe a combination of the two. You lost weight, so it's definitely not a plateau. Cut back on the alcohol and see if you drop a few pounds.

Also, try taking your measurements. What seems like a small loss in weight is actually a large loss in inches since you're replacing fat with muscle.

Plateau = no weight loss for 4-6 weeks.
