This week I've been eating in a very healthy way and working out.. I was able to go from 58 KG (127 lb) to 57 Kg (125 lb).
Yesterday I ate an ice-cream with my friends and to compensate, I was working for 60 minutes on the bike. This morning I weighed 58 kg (127 lb) AGAIN... and my belly looked very big..
I think my period is gonna come in a couple of days.. Is it possible that I gained this weight because of my period and not because of the ice-cream?
I feel that my efforts don't pay off...

I think I can say with confidence that a single bowl of ice cream wouldn't cause you to gain an entire kilogram in a day.0

Hey hun, try not to panic too much, you'll find around your period your body retains a lot of fluid which is why you have gained the weight and think you look bigger.
Don't worry, and keep tying to eat healthy and exercise through your period and weigh yourself again after x0 -
You're not doing yourself any favors by weighing yourself daily ... try to weigh yourself once a week to eliminate minor fluctuations due to water retention.0

Some women do get a weight gain when it's that time of the month, you'll probably find it dissapears by next week.0

We can put on anywhere up to 10lbs (4-5kg) around period time due to water retention - it varies per person. You'll find after your period there will be a big drop (the fat you've lost + the water retention going down). Drinking lots of water can help, but the body may still retain water anyway.
If you're sticking to your calories it doesn't matter where the calories come from for weight loss (it matters in terms of nutrients etc.) - have your cake (or ice cream) and eat it! If you deny yourself any treats/things you like, you're more likely to fall of the wagon, or put the weight back on later when you go back to eating ice cream etc - it's better to learn to eat those things in a controlled way now. I tend to have one small treat per day depending on the calories I have left - it keeps me sane!0
