So im currently 5'2 and 103lbs and ive always had this bit of lower stomach fat I cant get rid of. My stomachs basically flat on my upper abs but it bulges on my lower abs.
Any tips to get rid of this last bit of lower stomach fat so I can have a nice flat stomach?

No tricks to doing this. You cannot spot reduce fat so the only way to get rid of it is to keep losing fat. You are already fairly lean though. A better strategy for you, in my opinion, would be to focus on muscle building for a while. Do a beginner strength training program like ICF 5x5 or stronglifts and try and maintain your weight or gain very slowly (1 lb a month). Sometimes you can't get abs lean without first building a muscular base.0

What Vismal said ↑↑
Also look at your posture, sometimes poor posture can lead to a distorted image. In the pics it seems your lower back is arched in and shoulders drop forward, those things can cause the lower belly to sit forward and compresses the entire abdominal area.0 -

Posture makes a big difference. I'm swaybacked and I slouch. I bought some boots with block heels (I'm normally a flats hippie type) in hopes they'll make me stand up straighter so the fupa doesn't poke out for days. Other option for posture is a corset. But the good ones are expensive.0 -
Yes you can't spot reduce its true like others said but..
there are some foods that seem to make it worse for some people.
Do you drink beer?
I've read that in some people beer will you more of a belly then something else for the same number of calories.0 -

Planks. Planks flatten. Crunches, sit ups etc are amazing and work towards abs, but planks are the best for flattening the stomach.
Also good for lower stomach - leg raises, and if you lie down flat on the floor, try holding your feet & legs 6 inches off the floor. Hurts, but good for lower abs.0 -

Those will help her strengthen her core, but won't reduce belly fat. Belly fat can only be reduced through a calorie deficit.0 -
