hey need some tips......
what do u do when ur partner thinks theyre being really nice n making nice dinner but its full of cream and butter and lots of other fatty things? eat a little bit of it to keep the peace? or refuse it? n not eat lol

If it's something that happens once a week, it's probably a non-issue. If it's every night, you'll have to explain that it makes it difficult for you to lose weight when dinner is so calorie laden.
Sidenote; fat in itself is not inherently bad. Dietary fat is good for you. The only problem is it's easy to overindulge fat, because it has more than twice the calories per gram of carbs and protein.0 -
yeah saturday was homemade lamb shank curry with all the extras, tonight side dish is potato veg gratin thing with loads of cream etc

I would have a little. Unless it happens often and starts being a sabotage thing.0
