Hi, all -

Just joined myfitnesspal yesterday. I recently lost 100 pounds (took about 1.5 years) and due to a lot of business travel and stressors lately, I've noticed some pounds creeping back on. So, I'm recommitting to tracking what I take in and what I burn each day to get these 8 pounds or so back off and reestablish my good habits.

I'm also a vegetarian, so appreciate the ability to track many different nutrients to ensure I'm getting what I need from the food I'm eating. So far, I'm loving the site (plus the mobile app!) and am feeling positive about reaching my goal.

Oh yeah....my name's Erika and I live in Maryland with my husband and our two fur kids (Ralphie and Randy - our cats). :)
