Binge urges

*rant*

Curse you binge urges! I've JUST eaten a substantial meal of 7oz fish, a steamed potato with skin, and 4oz of veggie stirfry.. and now I'm craving chocolate and muesli? ! I mean, what the heck??? I luckily just used my last bit of unsweetened cocoa to make chocolate paste... and am now attempting to walk off the urge...

    Can you work in a piece of chocolate to calm the urge?


    I hear ya' but good for you for not giving in to the urge to binge!
  • Ate some chocolate paste I made, and one spoon of muesli before I could stop myself, but I've walked those off luckily. It's just so weird that I get these cravings sometimes directly after eating.

    I find a cup of hot, unsweetened tea after a meal can help, sometimes, a little. For awhile though, for whatever reason, I had the same issue. Every time I ate, I wanted dessert. It seems to have gone away now. Took about two to three weeks this time. I don't remember how long it took when I was on low carb. Probably about the same, maybe a month.
