What a difference a day makes

Yesterday I was feeling a bit down in the dumps. I weigh myself everyday and all week the scales have shown me as 2lbs up - I got on today and i'm back to having lost 8lbs so I'm hopeful for some loss before my weigh in on Monday. 2lbs a week is my aim until I have lost 5stone then anything will do me. Yesterday I just felt really uncomfortable in my clothes and today I feel ok and like they fit slighly better although in reality I probably won't notice anything until I'm a good 20-30lbs down as I need to loose a total of 140lbs. I think I have finally got my head round the fact that this will take time but each day I come under my calorie goal is a success and will mean that I will loose weight and all those little pounds and half pounds will soon add up to that first 70lbs I want off. We move up north (UK) at the end of February next year and so to be 70lbs or more down will be a great feeling!
