Hi, I have joined myfitnesspal a few days ago. I am trying to loose weight by working out more. I am trying to make some healthier choices in my diet as well, but I don't really want to start weighing the food I eat to find out the exact calorie content. I hope that this approach is going to work for me. Has anyone of you have success using this approach?

yep, but i admit i weigh my food every now and then just to get a rough idea on what proper portions are...i can't visualize a deck of cards or the size of a softball...but i don't weigh very often0
