Strength Training Smartphone Apps

Hey everyone.
I'm looking for an app (or anything really, a website is fine) that will put me on a strength training program. Something like maybe I enter my body specs into and then enter what I can curl easily, bench easily, squat easily, etc and it calculates a progressive strength training routine.
Any suggestions? I'm even open to personal emails, but would prefer a smartphone app.

Do you want a specific workout? If so, look at the Stronglifts 5x5 (check out the website which goes along with the app to get further explanation).0

I've been using Jefit; while it doesn't link to MFP, it's a fabulous tracking app for weight lifting.0

Don't do it. People will accuse you of texting in the gym . . .0
