We all know food is mostly comprised of three types of calories, frequently referred to as "the macros". Parotein, carbs, and fat.
Well, many studies show that all three are bad for you.
High protein diets for middle aged people are more likely to give you death:

High fat diets will kill you:

High carb diets will give you Alzheimers:

The moral of the story: Don't eat high levels of anything. In fact, food is so bad for you, you should probably stop altogether. there's a new wave of breatharians moving across the globe. I think we can all live off of water and air. Plants do it, right? We should be able to as well, right?

i think a short simple answer because we are moving and need energy (calories) that water doesn't give us, plus we have muscles and cells which need protein. We have brains and hearts and skin and organs, just like animals, and need energy to make all of that function.0
