Maintenance - Guessing the Calories

A little more than a month ago I went through a difficult time, losing my beloved dog to diabetes and finalizing a divorce. (By the way, seeing ketoacidosis eat up my dog until he was a walking skeleton was horrifying and far worse than the divorce.) I stopped logging. I ate more than I should have and I ate some things I wouldn't normally eat. Plus the battery on my scale died and I didn't feel like replacing it.

I'm trying to put things back together now. I bought batteries and put them in the scale, and was surprised to see that I hadn't gained any weight. Over the last few days I've begun logging and weighing again. The weight fluctuates two pounds, 133, 134, 132, which is normal for me. It will do that until it suddenly drops.

I presume I was in maintenance. I couldn't eat anything I wanted but I didn't feel deprived. I had that extra bowl of bran flakes in the evening. I ate a small veggie pizza, and one day a hamburger and fries at a fancy hamburger place. Since I didn't log any of this, is there any way to sort of guess what the calories were? I know, that sounds like a stupid question because it is a stupid question. I'm pretty close to my goal weight and it would be nice to know how much room I'm going to have. When I did my TDEE, it said 1400 but I know I was eating more than that.
