Losing weight & feeling great!

Hi, my name is Richard and I'm fat. I weighed 225lbs when I started using this website and have lost almost 23lbs since April 2014 -- I'm excited to have lost so much weight!

My Diet:
I've been doing the Slimfast shake for breakfast, lunch, and then eating what I like at dinner (No junk food or soda though.) Right now I'm trying to ween myself off the Slimfast and just make healthy choices for a substitute... so far so good.

My Exercise:
I've been trying to walk every night at least 4 miles in an hour. I usually get 5 walks in a weeks time. (I hate walking but it gets easier as I go and in a way I'm starting to like it because I know the great affects it has had on my weight loss goals.)

My Goals:
Right now my mini goal is to get to 200lbs (or under!) But my ultimate goal is to get down to 175lbs and maintain my weight between that and 180lbs.
