Looking for any women who have done bikini competitions? I'm new to this experience and would love some helpful ladies advice before my first show in November! Thanks :)

    Congrats on your upcoming show punkyx0!!

    I'm interested in any tips and advice anyone has to share as well. I'm thinking about competing in the future, I'm just a little afraid of all the hard work on the nutrition side of it.
