75 chest to floor pushups
75 knee tucks
75 standard burpees
100 jumping jacks
50 jump squats
50 thruster chest to floor pushups
50 mountain climbers (2 equals 1)
50 chest to floor burpees
75 jumping jacks
25 medicine ball jump squats
25 alternate lunges (2 equals 1) with medicine ball
25 thrusters
25 knee tuck / chest to floor push up combos
50 jumping jacks
100 ab bikes
Repeat (Continue for 25 minutes)
