How many calories doing calisthenics/bodyweight exercises?

I'm 5'4", weigh 146ish (depends on the day) and have started trying to maintain my weight. If I start to incorporate calisthenics with just a bit of cardio (about 20 minutes 3 times a week), how many calories should I be eating to tone and maybe even build muscle? I have calculated maintenance to be about 1875 with exercise 3 days a week. I don't have weights to use but wanted to start with just using my bodyweight and work on form first.
Thanks for any advice!

Well if you are looking to build muscle then 1875 will probably work. Just keep on eye on the scale once a week and if you are staying at the weight you want then you are fine. If not then you can adjust from there. You should be exercising at least 5 times a week if you really want to tone and build muscle. Also use weights if you want to build muscle. That will help you build muscle and tone faster.0
