What should I weigh, ideally?

Hello all!

I am a 20 year old male who is 6 feet high and weighs 115 kgs / 254 lbs. I used to be 80 kgs / 180 lbs but back then I had hardly any muscle. What would be the ideal weight for me which removes my ridiculous amount of body fat and replace it with muscle? I've heard that muscles are heavier than fat so that makes me think that I shouldn't be so obsessed with the scales. Thanks!

Anything from 70 kg upwards can look really good.
    E. g. Brad Pitt (180cm) at 70 kg in Fight Club.

If you want to look really muscular but still lean i think "height (cm) - 100" is a good goal to aim for. In your case (183cm), that'd be 83 kg, which is pretty much Brad Pitt in Troy.

I'm 6 foot at 82 kg (18% BF) and personally I'm aiming for 75-76 kg at 10-12% bodyfat which will hopefully land me in between those 2 pictures, albeit less shredded (pretty sure those pictures are single-digit body fat percentages).
I also started at 84 kg and 21% BF so i didn't have much choice but you obviously have the mass to aim much higher if a "bodybuilder" kind of body is what you aspire to.
Personally, i prefer calisthenics and the more natural/athletic body type.

    Cheers
