Skip the dips! A lot of people put out chips and dips or little finger foods before the dinner so if your standing around talking with family and eating finger foods your already adding up the calories... Instead Eat right before Dinner and go straight towards the healthy things if they have carrots on the side of the dish for looks Grab them! Why not right lol.... Also If your going to have pie stick to a small piece and then drink tons of water afterwards to fill yourself up! Hope this helps!
