Hungry Girl's Minestrone

I know it's getting cold out and a nice hot bowl of soup is sounding pretty yummy right now, so just wanted to give everyone a heads up to check out Hungry Girl's Minestrone. I'm eating a bowl right now and it's amazing! It makes a decent sized pot with 10 - 1 cup servings that are right at around 100 calories each, depending on exactly which brands you use. Mine is at 97 calories per serving. Thanks to this soup I'm having a good, healthy, hearty meal -- complete with a real grilled cheese (made with butter!) for 399 calories!!! Just wanted to give everybody a tip who's looking for a super easy, delicious, low cal meal!
