Yeah sorry to say that there probably isn't a simple safe way to force the human body to lose loads of weight. I know we all dream that one day the doctors will come up with a magic pill but honestly diet pills can be divided into 2 categories.
Benign, not bad for you ... but does nothing
Terrible for your health, heart and general well-being. Works a little. Until you stop taking the drug then most of the time you put the weight back on. Even though you dieted.
Fact is the human body is designed with the intention of losing no weight. Anything that actually works has to be pretty fierce and overturn many internal processes to work. And is probably destructive in the long run.0
