Hi everyone!

Well, trying something different in addition to joining the gym. Really need encouragement since I don't get much positive encouragement about weight loss at home. Husband son and daughter all natural slim...I look at a recipe and gain weight. Want to feel strong and flexible again as well as being able to keep up with kiddos and hubby when we go hunting, biking, etc...
