How do you record things on here like PiYo or Tae Bo? When I type in BeachBody or PiYo or Billy Blanks or Tae Bo nothing comes up in the exercise database.

Also, how do you put in things like sit ups, crunches, fire hydrants, scissors, push ups, etc?

    Under cardiovascular you will find some general categories............ aerobics, dance, circuit training (is cardio +weights).

    Sit ups, crunches, fire hydrants, scissors, push ups = calisthenics

    MFP guestimates are pretty generous.....most people eat back just a portion of calories 50-75%
