Hello ladies! I am doing Body Beast, and I would love to make some friends for support. Feel free to add me. Also, any ideas to up protein content besides loads of chicken while you're doing the program? Thanks!

Are you using the program to gain new mass or just as a weight training program?
Protein = all meat, greek yogurt, nuts, fish, protein shakes or bars.
And have you looked at the guide book... it has great recipes.0 -
