Belly fat is made in the kitchen.
Are you eating a lot of sugar (fruits)? that could be why it's stubborn. Was for me...0 -
im asking about the bely fat. if your gonna leave a sarcastic answer, dont waste your nor my time please0

A calorie deficit and patience is the only way to get rid of it.
You can eat sugar, too.0 -
its the last to go. Believe me. Keep going. tummy is 80 percent diet 20 percent working out.0

All else aside, Brian said it right. You can't spot reduce fat lose. You will have to continue or start being consistent with your caloric deficit and wait for that area's fat cells to shrink. You can train your abs, but that will only make them stronger, not get rid of the fat. Good luck.0

Care to share some scientific evidence to back up your assertion?0 -
For your question: If you have a lot of body fat, then you'll need to lower that. Generally, you'd do that with strength training and eating at a deficit, but if you are already at goal, then I'd just focus on recomping through strength training and eating at maintenance.0

If you are eating at a deficit, try adding the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. I've completed about 15 days and am noticably losing inches all over.0

Calorie deficit
And a sense of humor0 -
As per my experience the more I lost the smaller I became and from where I became tighter was totally based on my genetics.
I have some of me as hard as steel but I still have fat hanging on to some areas. It will go eventually with calorie deficit.0 -
Back in for fatty protrusions and humorlessness.0

Run!!!!! That's how mine came off. Seriously.0

I am hoping that by loosing overall weight my pouch will decrease. I am thinking of my mid-section the same way as a thick neck. There are no magic exercises that can be done, but overall weight lose is the key. Keep at it.0

^ This. For me, boobs and tummy are the last to come off. Keep working at it, watch what you're putting into your body, maximize the whole foods you eat, and move!0 -
You can do reverse crunches and whatever other core workouts to help the muscle there, but you have to do cardio and eat right to get the fat off the top of it.0

He's right. Keep your sugar intake low. I don't consume fruit for this reason plus being an endomorph (body type) doesn't help. Know your body type for quick results. What is her calorie /fat/sodium/Carb/protein intake? We don't know. She will have to adjust and continue to Bust *kitten* in the gym till she sees results.0

Hold Up! is this the same post where OP was getting snippy about the dog comments? Where have they all gone?0

I was wondering the same thing!0 -
Let me see OP---women maintain(essential) 12 % BF(body fat) and most women keep it around their waist and their upper legs. So, many of the women on this site who have succeeded in reducing their overall fat did so with a great dedication to their bodies and a lot of strength training and re-comping. They also laugh from time to time and recognize the fat did not go on in a few or many months. So patience would be a something you'll need.0
