Hey guys. Ive started the 30 days shred and im just wondering if anyone has recently completed it. Do you have any pics you can post up. Not sure if i have missed a thread on it if so can someone link me to it lol

Today is day 28 for me. I haven't missed a single day. As soon as I'm finished I will post my before and after pics. Until then I have been blogging daily about it and post a pic of myself everyday. You can view my blog here: www.cybernet00.com

Some girls see great results, but I personally didn't see much in the way of results after I finished. But what I will say is, it served as a fantastic gateway from couch potato to fitness nerd. I was the laziest girl I knew and couldn't even slow-jog a quarter mile. When I decided I was going to lose my baby weight I thought I'd give Jillian a try. When I was finished, I magically knocked out a 2-mile jog with no trouble. It served as a perfect springboard into fitness.

So while it may not necessarily give you physical results, you will love what is does for stamina.

I am on day 5 and I already feel a lot better. I feel stronger and it has motivated me to start keeping track of what I eat here.
