Net Calories

Hi guys,
I've got a little bit of a problem with my daily calorie intake.
At the moment I'm netting about 900-1000 calories a day. Im trying my hardest to hit
1200, but everyday I get to round about 10 o'clock at night and I've got 200-300 calories left over and I'm just not hungry and can't force myself to eat anything else.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can make up my calories?

Strange that I just posted almost this exact same thing about 3 hours ago. Look for the topic - " Slightly confused0 -
Just tell yourself you have to hit a certain calorie goal and do it...theres no reason not to. Not always easy just takes commitment.0

I think if it's net calories due to exercise, then you shouldnt worry about it. I find it's more successful to NOT EAT exercise calories.
So if you actually eat 1200, but work off 200-300, you should be fine and lose a little faster.0 -

Food. Food has calories. 1 spoon of peanut butter will fix this problem.0 -

I find that it helps me to plan ahead a little better. Get some more calorie dense foods into your lunch and breakfast (whole eggs, bacon, avocado, cheese, olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, etc.) so that you won't have as many left to eat later in the day when you aren't hungry.0

If you're not hungry, you don't have to eat the extra calories. You won't die or anything as long as you're eating all your nutrients most of the time. Hell, you won't even have really any adverse affects either. I've been absolutely fine in a period where my sleep schedule ruined my appetite and I ate about 800 calories a day for a week. Nothing happened. I didn't go into "starvation mode".
TL;DR, don't eat the extra calories if you're not hungry.0
