Hi, another go at getting slimmer! I don't have any problems getting fit as after a serious car accident 5 years ago I am fitter than I have ever been. However, as I say to my personal trainer, i never cheat at exercise but often cheat at food. I was nice and slim and close to goal weight a year ago but now after a year on Zoloft I have gained 5 kilos (11 lbs) and trying hard to get back. My trainer suggested this site so I am giving it a go.

I am having trouble recording my exercise as i have a training session every week for an hour which encompasses cardio, resistance and stretching. My trainer really works me hard. I have recovered a huge amount of movement in badly damaged leg and stroke affected left side. You would hardly know now. Any suggestions for what i should record as it is an hour at or near max heart rate?
Otherwise walking is easy to record if you can calculate miles into kilometres, but the training sessions have me stumped, and I often do my own training sessions as well.

Welcome. The exercise can be broken down into each thing you do but to be really accurate you need a good heart monitor. I just usually take what the site says and cut it in half as it seems more accurate that way but other people will be able to tell you the best way.
