I remember when this site wasn't so facebook like. I have been on here for years and really like the app, other than all the negativity. Life is short. Live as well and positive as you can! Sorry, I felt the need to send this out. I'm sure there will be negative comments on it but i won't be looking back at it. They should have a setting so you can hide all forum posts and only search for what you want to see; fitness, health habits, etc. I wish each and every one of you the best on your journey, no matter what it may be!

    They say home, recent posts, my topics, settings, and search.

    click on search.

    Write in what you want to find.

    Select a few posts that capture your interest.
