I love almond butter, kraft chocolate peanut butter. I just ordered pb2. Hope its worth the ten bucks.
Will have to try cashew butter...0 -
My advice is, buy a good food processor, its the simplest and the most cheap way that you could make your favourite nut butter in home.
Im traditionalist, peanut butter makes me happy.0 -
Sunflower seed butter.....though I haven't tried almond or cashew butter. I'm afraid I'll really like them and that the purchase will not end well.0

Skippy natural creamy is good. I tried almond butter once and had to spit it out. Nasty. I will definitely need to try cashew butter. I love cashews!0

I reaaaaaally want to try cashew butter but it is so expensive!0

Walnut butter. All the rest sort of taste like peanut butter to me.
I always toast my walnuts first for that yummy walnut flavor.. enhanced.
You guys who think the specialty butters are too expensive. Make your own. Just dump the nuts into a food processor, add a little salt, flip the switch. Process until pasty and add a little olive or other vegetable oil for a smooth consistency (if needed).0 -
I loooooooooove cashew butter. I had a coupon for $3 off (which ended up being half price) and got to try it, though the jar was tiny. I wish it wasn't so expensive. It's delicious!0

Almond/cashew with a touch of Saigon cinnamon
soak almonds AND cashews, separately, about 3 hours.
vitamix blend until super-crazy smooth. add dash Saigon cinnamon.
put in a bell jar, store in fridge - I eat it with apple slices and spinach.0 -

good old fashioned PB...unfortunately, it is no longer allowed in our house as my youngest has a big time peanut allergy.0

Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter my favorite and before I started losing weight I couldn't have cared less about PB but now I crave it and always have it on toast before my workout :-)0

My favorite is just plain old peanut butter with nothing added, no salt or oil. I tried PB2 once, but I couldn't get past that salty taste and gave the rest to my friend. For the processed peanut butters, I like Better'n Peanut Butter (low sodium variety). About 85% less fat and 40% fewer calories.
I'm not too fond of almond butter. I always have cashews in the freezer (for making cashew milk). One of these days I'm going to blend some up for cashew butter and see how that tastes. I also tried hazelnut butter once, but I didn't care for that too much either.0 -
Oh my! :laugh:0

Sunflower! Not a nut, but still my fave. I love almond butter too, though I'm sure most are really tasty! I'm just not a real fan of peanuts.0
