Where do you get them from? Amazon seems a tad expensive but how much is shipping if you order direct from their website?

Phd diet whey bars are better than Quest (5g more protein and less fat), and are easy to get in the uk in most nutrition shops, holland and barrett and tesco

PostedProtein.co.uk offer them for £2 per bar, cheapest I've found so far.
Plus they ship in letterbox friendly boxes.

    A winner for me!

I find grenade carb killa bars pretty good! Get them off eBay.. They have about 10g less carbs per bar than quest and over 20g protein. Caramel flavour with chocolate!! Feels like you're cheatin'

myprotein.com has low carb protein bars.

they're ok. kind of nougatty and they only come in 5 flavours, but they're cheap and myprotein has sales all the time.

DO NOT BUY THEM, they changed the formula and they are disgusting now. If you have been eating them for awhile you will notice a HUGE change. I used to eat 4-5 a day and now cant even eat one they are so gross. :( It is such a shame because they were the best bars.
