What to had to my home gym next?

Ok so I am still consider morbidly obese. I have lost 175lbs to date, and I am still now where near my goal. My question is, I have a stationary bike, a treadmill, an ab doer twist chair, a medicine ball, some lite dumb bells and just added kettle bells. I was thinking of adding a "bow flew" type machine to kind of round things out. Any constructive advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
