tips to up your calorie burn

not sure if something like this has been done or not on here. I just thought it would be nice to share little tips on upping our calorie burns outside of actual exercise.. for instance, we don't have a dish washer so while I'm standing at the sink I march/jog in place. when I fold/put away laundry I take things up a piece at a time. makes for lots of stair climbing. I also get on the floor with my kids and toss them around! they have a blast, as do I, and I get to spend time lifting 20-45 lbs. my 5yr old and I will also do sprints in the house picking up and putting away toys. when out shopping we park as far away as possible and walk. what tips have you got?
