30 day shred & belly pooch??

Hi,

So after 4 months of Insanity I've moved over to 30 day shred. I enjoy the change, but I've noticed now with the simple ab moves my belly pooch seems to have extended! I'm trying to get rid of that not make it bigger! Has this happened to anyone else doing 30 day shred or just from doing crunches and ab work? I just want to know if i'm doing something wrong and what I can do to fix it.

    I have noticed the same thing, but it does slowly seem to be subsiding and isn't really an issue now. Wasn't sure if I was imagining that or not. I guess it's possible for ab muscles to get pumped just as any other muscle you're working on. Maybe that's what was happening. Hoping some more experienced members have some useful insight.
