Need to get on track

I'm new, finally joining a forum since I haven't been able to find motivation IRL. Used to do message boards ages ago and was in awesome shape. Now two babies and 8 years later... I have some work to do.

I like running, boxing with the heavy bag not sparring, lifting free weights, swimming, dancing, and kettlebells.

I don't know what else to share... I'm unfit but not really overweight. 130ish plus or minus a pound or two (broken scale, need battery) and aiming for 118 where I've spent most of my life except after baby number two. He'll be a year old this month and it's kind of depressing to take his one year photo's with me almost as heavy as I was at 6 months pregnant. I want to find a way to work out around his schedule too.
