Another calorie question

I have lost some weight, but now would like to work on lowering my body fat percentage. So I have added some strength routines 4 times a week on top of my daily run.. I went over to that Scooby website and put in my information and got:

BMR: 1453
TDEE: 2253

My info: Height: 5'6 Weight: 144

So I am not sure how I should adjust my calories for my goal. I know to lose you decrease by a percentage, to gain you add. However, if my goal is to add muscle and lose fat/inches (not necessarily scale weight) then I should do what with my calories?

Scooby says I should eat my full TDEE, which I guess would be maintenance. I am at 1500 a day now, so I am wondering if I should increase in increments up to the whole 2200 or if I should be eating less since I still have weight to lose, maybe 10% below TDEE?

I have added a side and front picture to my profile which should be public if anyone is interested. I am looking to gain a more fit body in the next 365 days.

Thank you for any help :)
