Two goals, weight loss and...

Hi everyone,

I am new to MFP and I have the common goal of losing weight. but I have a second goal. The home page when you log in has a #Day Streak counter, I want to make that counter be as high as possible (ie never miss a day of logging my food and exercise).

Does anyone want to share the counter on their home page? I would love to start a little competitive 'Streak Club'.

    There are people here in the thousands. I was at 800 and purposefully let mine reset. It's just the number of days I have opened the app, it doesn't represent dedication to me anymore (I am dedicate, I just don't need a number to prove it).

    I'm at 732 and as I am a teeny bit OCD, I will probably be upset the day that I lose my streak but as usmcmp said; you don't actually have to log food or exercise to keep the streak going, only log into the site. Sooooo if the number ticking away keeps you going, awesome! But don't feel like it makes you or breaks you.
