Body weight exercise routines?

I'd like to do a body weight routine at work since it's slow some nights. Does anyone have a recommendation? I work with other people so I can't get too sweaty but I'm in scrubs so I can move fairly freely. It's a hospital setting so I can't do cartwheels down the hall (if I could even do them in the first place) but just something I can do that doesn't take too long that I could do multiple times or just once depending on how busy it is.

You can try pilates. There are tons of channels dedicated to pilates on youtube. Equipments are optional and you only need a mat.0

I like the card idea! Great since I can't really do video's here. And maybe then I can get some of the others to join me at their own pace too . Never hurts to get someone else motivated!0
