What to Log as?

I intermittently use this site to keep track. While I'm consistent in my habits, I'm short on time and have a backlog of handwritten food and exercise notes to transfer into the handy calculators we have here. The exercise methods that suit my purposes are hybrids that maximize efficiency, being a mix of resistance, toning and cardio. I'm having a frustrating time finding a way to log my exercise accurately on here. Can someone tell me what I would log Bar Method (Burr Leonard DVDs) and Kettlebells (Lauren Brooks) as?
