This is my first time on MFP. I needed something to help me track my progress because Im about to start Power 90 tomorrow. I purchased the videos like 3 months ago and I need to stop procrastinating and get with it... but first I would like to know if anyone knows if its fine for me to do the Power 90 exercises early in the a.m.? and of course any tips to help me succeed. Hopefully I won't give up like I usually do.

    do them whenever you feel is best especially if you know you can do them around same time every day. btw welcome to the board

    I started Power in February and completed a full round. Then went up to P90X. Completed 1 Round and am now on Round 2. I will start Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu soon. Keep it up and put one foot in front of the other.

    try and do a daily journal routine--that helps and you get to look back and feel motivated by your determination and progress. Welcome and Good Luck!
