Hi folks,
I've been on here a few months but 1st time on the boards section so thought I'd say hi.
I'm use the site to mainly track my calories. I recently dieting for a bodybuilding comp and lost approx 40lbs over 15wks. I was eating super clean and doing 2hrs of cardio per day towards the end. After an all inlcusive holiday to Sapin and a few wks off over indulgance I fell like I need to keep track of things again.
I workout 4 days per week and I walk 7 days per week with my dogs and babygirl.
I've helped a few friends and work mates out with fixing their diets and workout plans and I like helping where I can.
